What we collect
When you complete the HACCP registration form we collect your name, phone number, email address, organisation, role, preferred intake and study mode. We also record the date of submission for our own records.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to contact you about your registration, confirm your place, share fee and timetable information, and keep an admissions record. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Registration records are retained for as long as necessary to administer admissions and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time. Write to admin@rvibs.ac.ke or call +254 715116699, and we will act on your request.
